The Truth About PMS
“The Truth About PMS”
A “problem” that I hear from my readers all the time is
that they get mistreated by their girlfriends whenever their
girlfriends are on their periods.
Personally, I think this is quite amusing, as to me it’s
quite clear that these women are just using “PMS” as an excuse
for their bad behavior.
Whenever I get an email about the “PMS Syndrome”, I always
ask the reader the following question:
“Does your girlfriend only act bitchy once a month, or
does she act bitchy at other times too?”
9 out of 10 times, the answer is “Yes. She’s a bitch
most of the time.”
See the pattern?
Quoting Wiki.org, “While PMS is a reality for some women,
it is over- and mis-diagnosed in many cases. A variety of problems,
such as chronic depression, infections, and outbursts of frustration
can be mis-diagnosed as PMS if they happen to coincide with the
premenstrual period. Often, says this theory, PMS is used as an
explanation for outbursts of rage or sadness, even when it may
not be the primary cause.”
So what should you do when your girlfriend is “psming?”
Follow my advice for dealing with bitchy women:
If your girlfriend is in a foul mood, leave her alone
and let her calm down on her own.
And if your girlfriend is CONSTANTLY a bitch, then
it just shows it’s time to leave her and find a girl who’s
good for your mental health – a girl who isn’t a bitch!
