and see how she reacts.
If she flirts back even MORE, then there’s a
BIG chance that she has been flirting with you all
along. In that case, keep advancing and flirting
more and more with her. Rinse and repeat until
you are all over each other.
But if she doesn’t notice you flirting back
or if she doesn’t respond to it, then I am sorry to
say that she only sees you as a friend. In that case,
go back to the basics and attract her from scratch!

I’m a woman and I agree with everything except one thing “or if she doesn’t respond to it, then I am sorry to say that she only sees you as a friend”. That is not always true. I did not respond do flirting because i was just shy. Also, if you make eye contact and she’s not gazing at you, just know this: looking away is a natural reaction for shy women – when in doubt, just go ahead and ask her out – you’ll get the answer right there and then.
