“Don’t Stare At The Ground When You Walk”

Here’s a very simple body language tip that every shy
guy should remember:

Stop staring at the ground when you walk!

Instead of looking down at the floor to “avoid eye
contact” with people, force yourself to look up and make eye
contact with strangers when you walk on the street!

Yes…I know it may feel very strange or uncomfortable
at the beginning.

In fact, it may even feel a bit scary…but the results
will be worth it.

whenever you walk, make sure you follow the “B.C.E.S.”
formula:

1) Keep your back straight

2) Prop your chin up

3) Make eye contact

4 Smile at people.

You’ll be amazed at what a difference it will make. You
may even feel more confident!
